Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not attended more than one class session. Full membership cancellations within 7 days of purchase receive full refunds minus transaction fees. Classes attended or accessed content are non-refundable.
Monthly memberships renew automatically on your billing date. You can cancel anytime before renewal—cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the current month. Cancellation requests must be made via email to info@anklesenergy.world.
Single class registrations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before class time for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of class start time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable.
Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of session time are charged in full. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Transaction fees charged by payment processors may not be refunded.
The following are non-refundable: digital downloads (video libraries, guides), promotional/discounted packages, courses already in progress, gift cards, and coaching sessions attended.
If you experience issues with a purchase, contact us first at info@anklesenergy.world before initiating chargebacks. We will work to resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination.
